Shipping Policy

SHANZHUI carefully prepares and packages every order. The information below reflects our current store shipping settings.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from delivery time and may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or unusually busy periods.

Shipping method, cost, and estimated delivery

Standard shipping within the United States is a flat US$9.90 per order.

Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs or address issues, public-health measures, epidemics or pandemics, and other circumstances outside our control may affect processing or delivery.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow 24–72 hours after shipment for tracking activity to appear.

Shipping address accuracy

Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, and contact information before placing your order. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, email support@shanzhuistudio.com with your order number. For damage claims, please include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the available tracking and help with the appropriate next step.

Returns

Returns require prior authorization. Please review our Refund & Return Policy and contact support@shanzhuistudio.com before sending an item back.
