Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?⌄
Standard shipping to United States addresses costs US$9.90 per order. The charge is shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
How long will delivery take?⌄
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at 8–15 business days; carrier and customs conditions can affect delivery dates.
Where do you ship?⌄
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping costs US$9.90 per order. If a destination is not offered at checkout, we cannot currently ship that order.
Orders & Tracking
Are SHANZHUI accessories original designs?⌄
Yes. SHANZHUI develops original combinations of color, material, silhouette and decorative detail.
How can I track my order?⌄
Use the secure order-status link in your order or shipping email, or open your customer account. The Track Order page explains both routes.
Can I change or cancel my order?⌄
Contact Customer Care as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?⌄
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving an eligible item. It must be unused or unworn, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?⌄
Contact Customer Care promptly with your order number and clear photos so the order can be reviewed.
