Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

How to request a return

1. Email support@shanzhuistudio.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
2. Wait for our return authorization and instructions before sending anything back.
3. After authorization, follow the return instructions and use the return destination provided in our authorization email. Do not send a return to any address shown elsewhere on the website.

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For eligible, authorized returns, SHANZHUI covers standard return shipping and provides the applicable return instructions or label arrangement. Expedited shipping or costs incurred without prior authorization are not reimbursed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@shanzhuistudio.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, and items clearly marked as final sale are also non-returnable, except where required by law.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, contact support@shanzhuistudio.com. Availability is not guaranteed, and we will explain the available options after reviewing your request.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@shanzhuistudio.com.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation within 15 minutes after placing your order. Contact support@shanzhuistudio.com immediately with your order number. After the 15-minute cancellation window, cancellation may not be possible if processing has started.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
